Craft Beer

What would Pig and Swig be without the sweet swig of a local brewery? Louisville is home to some amazing beer! From Pale Ales to hoppy IPAs, we’ve got something for every beer lover. Check out our list of breweries joining us below.

Country Boy Brewing

Country Boy Brewing was founded in February 2012 by four Kentucky boys with a passion for unique Craft Brews. Co-founders, Daniel Harrison and Nathan Coppage, fell in love with brewing while teaching in Japan. They met partner Jeff Beagle through the local homebrew club, and joined forces with Nathan’s brother Evan Coppage. A plan to open a home-grown craft brewery was born.

Country Boy Brewing will be serving:

Cougar Bait

Shotgun Wedding

Elysian Brewing

Known both for classic styles and for flexibility and innovation, Elysian has brewed over 350 different recipes since opening in 1996. While Elysian’s brewers use a variety of unusual ingredients, they are seasonally notorious for their pumpkin beers.

Elysian Brewing will be serving:

Space Dust

Superfuzz Pale Ale

Falls City

Falls City’s heritage as one of Louisville’s enduring breweries, founded in 1905, has given way to our vision for the future. Since the brewery was reimagined in 2010, the focus of their small team has been singular: Simply make great craft beer. Their English-Style Pale Ale, Kentucky Common, Hipster Repellant IPA and Streetlamp Porter are available on draft and in cans year-round, along with seasonal small-batch selections.

Goodwood Brewing Company

At Goodwood, we’ve come to believe that what’s good for bourbon is even better for beer. Their extra steps are kind of an homage to this region’s distilling legacy and to those old barrels out there that still have so much flavor left to give. Sip one of their freshly nuanced stouts, lagers or ales, and we believe you’ll think so, too.

Gordon Biersch

Inspired by the Reinheitsgebot of 1516, the Gordon Biersch experience rests upon the foundations of purity, simplicity and precision. Their philosophy is most recognizable in their selection of authentic German lagers, each crafted on-site using only malted barley, hops, yeast and pure filtered water.

Gravely Brewing Co.

"Fresh Beer is Everything" is a motto Gravely preaches and actively practices. Head Brewer Cory Buenning has been crafting award-winning, delicious recipes - across every consumable beer style imaginable - for decades. They cherish serving fresh beer and have custom-designed Gravely's brewery, production line, and glassware to maintain a consistent, thirst quenching quality no matter the venue.

Holsopple Brewing

Holsopple Brewing is located in Louisville, KY in the Lyndon neighborhood and specializes in crafting high quality ales and lagers.

West Sixth Brewing

Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. They brew, can and bottle their beer out of this location, selling it throughout the state of Kentucky and across the Ohio River in Cincinnati. They pride themselves on the craft beer they make and having a positive impact on the communities they’re a part of.
